Clause 64

Consequential amendment

The Education Act is amended by inserting immediately after section 3 thereof the following section: —“Schools to which this Act does not apply3A. This Act shall not apply to a school —

(a)

maintained partly or wholly by the Vocational and Industrial Training Board established under the Vocational and Industrial Training Board Act, 1979 (Act of 1979); or

(b)

registered under Part V of that Act.”.
