Report of qualified assessor, etc., to be admissible in evidence
A copy of the report prepared by —
(a)
a qualified assessor under section 6(7); or
(b)
the Director or a protector who has assessed an individual or a vulnerable adult under section 6,is admissible in any proceedings under this Act as evidence of the opinion of the qualified assessor, Director or protector (as the case may be) and of the facts upon which his or her opinion is based in relation to any matter about the individual or vulnerable adult contained in the report.
