Clause 20
(1)
The Director may take over the control, supervision, maintenance and repair of any private sewerage system to such extent as he thinks fit and may charge fees therefor.
(2)
Any such decision may from time to time be varied or rescinded.
(3)
Fees for such control, supervision, maintenance and repair shall be payable by the owner of the sewerage system and may be recovered in the manner provided in section 41.
