Clause 29

Any person who without lawful authority alters, forges, mutilates or defaces any licence, permit or certificate granted under this Act or the rules or knowingly makes use of any licence, permit or certificate which has been so altered, forged, mutilated or defaced shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
