Clause 11
Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or any order or rule made thereunder” in subsection (1); and
(b)
by deleting “$1,000” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “$10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both”.
