Amendment of section 53

Section 53 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “in respect and to the extent of her separate property” appearing in the second and third lines of subsection (1) thereof; and

(b)

by deleting subsections (3) and (4) thereof.
