Amendment of section 10

Section 10 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the expression “Part I of” appearing in the second line of subsection (1) thereof;

(b)

by deleting the expression “Part I” appearing in the last line of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Schedule”; and

(c)

by deleting subsections (2), (3) and (4) thereof and by renumbering subsection (5) thereof as subsection (2).
