Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Women’s Charter is amended —
(a)
by deleting the definition of “Po Leung Kuk Fund”; and
(b)
by deleting the definition of “register of marriages” and substituting the following definition:“ “register of marriages” means the State Marriage Register kept under this Act;”.
