Clause 25

Section 153 of the Women’s Charter is amended by deleting the words “section 354 or 376, or sections 354 and 511, or sections 376 and 511” in the third and fourth lines of subsections (1) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “section 354, 354A, 376 or 376B, or sections 354 and 511, or sections 354A and 511, or sections 376 and 511, or sections 376B and 511”.
