Clause 13

Section 64 of the Women’s Charter is amended by deleting the definition of “applicant” and substituting the following definition:“ “applicant” means the person who applies for a protection order or, where the application is made by a guardian, relative or person referred to in section 65(2)(b), or by an individual referred to in section 65(2)(c), the family member on whose behalf the application is made;”.
