Clause 27

Section 121E(1) of the Women’s Charter is amended by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(aa)a woman to make financial provision for her incapacitated husband or incapacitated former husband, as the case may be, or for any child of the marriage; or”.
