Regulation 43

Correspondence with parents or guardians

Subregulation 1

Girls in a place of safety shall be encouraged to write to their parents or guardians, or, if unable to write, to dictate such a letter to a member of the staff, at least once a month.

Subregulation 2

For this purpose, postage shall be provided, where necessary, by the superintendent.
