Regulation 6B

Within 7 days after the receipt of a notice or direction under section 47B(1)(a), (b) or (c) of the Act (as the case may be), the platform operator’s insurer (if of the view that the platform operator’s insurance policy does not insure the platform operator’s liability) must notify the Commissioner and the platform operator in accordance with section 47B(2) of the Act.
