Regulation 11
Regulation 7(2) of the Work Injury Compensation (Workers’ Fund) Regulations (Cap. 354, Rg 2, 2010 Revised Edition) as in force immediately before 1 September 2020 continues to apply to any advance from the Fund granted before that date.
