Clause 37
(1)
The Workmen’s Compensation Act (Cap. 130) is hereby repealed.
(2)
Nothing in this Act shall apply with respect to claims for compensation or other rights, obligations or liabilities in respect of accidents happening before the date of commencement of this Act; and, without limiting the provisions of the Interpretation Act (Cap. 3), the Workmen’s Compensation Act repealed by this Act shall continue to apply to such claims, rights, obligations or liabilities as if it had not been repealed by this Act.
