Constitution of Board
(1)
The Board shall consist of the following members:
(a)
the Accountant-General;
(b)
the Auditor-General;
(c)
a member from the Nanyang Technological University or from the National University of Singapore to be appointed by the Minister; and
(d)
7 other members to be appointed by the Minister, of whom 3 shall be appointed by the Minister on the nomination of the Council.
(2)
The Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
