Amendment and renaming of Schedule
of Accountants (Amendment) Bill

Clause 20
The principal Act is amended —
(a)
by renaming the Schedule as the First Schedule; and
(b)
by deleting the Schedule reference and substituting the following Schedule reference:“Sections 4(4), 38C(3) and 64AB”.
