5. Meetings and proceedings of Committee

The Committee must meet for the despatch of business at any time and place that the Chairperson may appoint.
Committee
“Committee” means the Accounting Standards Committee appointed under section 4(1);
At every meeting of the Committee, one half of the number of its members constitutes a quorum.
The Chairperson presides at all meetings of the Committee, but if the Chairperson is absent from a meeting —

“Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Committee, and includes any temporary Chairperson of the Committee if so appointed;
the temporary Chairperson; or
if there is no temporary Chairperson, the member that the members present elect,is to preside at that meeting.
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Committee may regulate its own proceedings.
