Regulation 2

Definitions

In this Order —“800 Super” means the company known as 800 Super Waste Management Pte Ltd (UEN 198601155H);“autonomous system” means a system that enables the operation of a specified vehicle without the active physical control of, or monitoring by, a human operator;“specified public path” means any footpath or shared path within an area bounded by the black‑coloured lines in a map set out in the Schedule;“specified vehicle” means an autonomous motor vehicle that —

(a)

is known as the Unicorn Robosweeper; and

(b)

has complied with the requirements of the assessment known as the Supervised Trial Readiness Assessment for Autonomous Vehicles on Public Paths that is jointly administered by the Centre of Excellence for Testing & Research of Autonomous Vehicles — NTU (CETRAN) and the Authority.
