Regulation 1

Citation and commencement

These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulation 3, come into operation on 30 July 2026.

Regulation 3 is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Subregulation 1

These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulation 3, come into operation on 30 July 2026.

Subregulation 2

Regulation 3 is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Regulation 2

Amendment of regulation 2

In the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 254/2018), in regulation 2 —

(a)

in paragraph (a), after “19(3),”, insert “19A(2),”;

(b)

in paragraph (a), after “23E(1),”, insert “23I(1), 23J(1),”;

(c)

in paragraph (c), replace “regulation 8(1) or (2)” with “regulation 7A, 8(1), (2) or (5)”; and

(d)

in paragraph (c), replace “13A” with “13A(1) or (2)”.

Regulation 3

Miscellaneous amendments

In the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018, in regulation 2(a) —

(a)

replace “18(3)” with “18(5)”;

(b)

replace “19(2)” with “19(3)”;

(c)

replace “20(2)” with “20(3)”;

(d)

replace “26(5)” with “26(6)”;

(e)

replace “34(1), (1A) or (6)” with “34(1), (2) or (8)”; and

(f)

replace “47(5)” with “47(12)”.
