Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Order is the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 22 August 2026.
Amendment of paragraph 3
In the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age — Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 676/2021), in paragraph 3(2), after sub‑paragraph (da), insert —“(db)for the specified route in Map A7.3 in Part 7 of the Schedule — from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on 22 August 2026;”.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age — Exemption) Order 2021, in the Schedule, in Part 7, in Division 2 —
in the Division heading, replace “Shared path” with “Shared paths”; and
after Map A7.2, insert —“Map A7.3”.
