3. Pedestrian-only paths on public land

Amended

Last amended by an amending law of 2025. 2 amendments in all.

Each of the following, being on public land which is not excluded public land, is declared to be a pedestrian-only path for the purposes of the Act:

(a)

a path specified or described in Part 1 or 2 of the First Schedule;

(b)

a path-connected open space specified or described in the Second Schedule.
