Prescribed offences for section 59A of Act

For the purposes of section 59A of the Act, the following are prescribed offences:
(a)
an offence under section 15(4), 16(4), 18(3), 20A(3) or 21(3) of the Act;
(b)
an offence under regulation 14 of the Active Mobility Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 251/2018) for contravening regulation 9(1) or (2), 12 or 13 of those Regulations.
