Clause 41
Section 92 of the Parliamentary Elections Act (Cap. 218, 2011 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(5) Any person who wilfully refuses to obey the order of the Election Judge under subsection (4) shall be guilty of contempt of court under section 4(1) of the Administration of Justice (Protection) Act 2016.”.
