83. Boundary of daerah masjid

The Majlis has the power at any time to determine the boundaries of any daerah masjid and to amend or alter such boundaries.

“Majlis” means the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura, constituted and continued under section 3;

Any dispute as to the boundaries of a daerah masjid must be referred to the Legal Committee for its opinion.
