In the Administration of Muslim Law Act 1966 (called in this Act the principal Act), in the long title, replace “and to make provision for regulating Muslim religious affairs” with “, to make provision for regulating Muslim religious affairs, to provide for certain matters relating to the operation of an institution of higher education known as Singapore College of Islamic Studies,”.
