cl 21Amendment of section 55

In the principal Act, in section 55 —

(a)

in subsection (1)(d), after “custody of”, insert “, care and control of, or access to”;

(b)

in subsection (1)(e), replace “nullification” with “nullity”;

(c)

in subsection (1), after paragraph (f), insert —“(fa)to grant or refuse permission to make an application for a CCCA order or FR order under section 35AB;”; and

(d)

after subsection (5), insert —“(6) Where an Appeal Board makes a decision to confirm, reverse or vary a decision of the Court that is of a kind described in section 53(1) or (2), section 53 applies, with the necessary modifications, to the enforcement of the Appeal Board’s decision as that section applies to the enforcement of a Court decision of that kind.”.
