cl 7Amendment of section 88G

In the principal Act, in section 88G —

(a)

replace “may appeal to the Minister against the act, decision, order or direction” with “decisions of the Majlis may appeal to the Minister against the decision”; and

(b)

replace paragraph (a) with —“(aa)any decision of the Majlis to give a direction under section 73E(1);

(a)

any decision of the Majlis under section 87 or any rules made under that section (including any decision to act, or to give any order or direction);”.
