cl 4Amendment of section 3

In the principal Act, in section 3(2), after paragraph (d), insert —“(da)to oversee the provision of tertiary religious education at the SCIS for the purpose of developing Islamic teachers who are suitably qualified and trained to guide the Muslim community in Singapore;

(db)

to provide financial support to the college company for the establishment, operation, maintenance or promotion of the SCIS for any purposes connected with tertiary religious education;”.
