Clause 73
Any person may make objection to the Majlis against any demand for payment by him of zakat and fitrah. The Majlis shall consider such objection and may order that such person shall pay the amount of zakat and fitrah demanded from him, or such lesser amount as to the Majlis shall seem proper or may order that such person shall not be liable in any one or more years to pay zakat and fitrah or either. The decision of the Majlis on such objection shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
