Regulation 13

The Committee shall keep proper accounts and records of its transactions and affairs relating to the collection of fitrah and shall do all things necessary to ensure that all payments out of the fitrah collection are correctly made and properly authorised and that adequate control is maintained over the amount collected or in custody of the Committee and over the expenditure incurred by the Committee.
