Regulations made under section 75 may provide for all or any of the following matters relating to an ASA:
the form and manner of an application for an ASA;
the information and documents to accompany an application for an ASA;
the form of an ASA and the information that must be included in an ASA;
the procedure for a variation or revocation of an ASA;
the procedure for an appeal to the Guardian‑in‑Adoption under section 17.
