Consequential amendment to Family Justice Act 2014
Section 2(1) of the Family Justice Act 2014 is amended by deleting the words “Adoption of Children Act 1939” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “family proceedings” and substituting the words “Adoption of Children Act 2022”.
