This Ordinance may be cited as the Advocates and Solicitors (Amendment) Ordinance, 1961.

Section 2 of the Advocates and Solicitors Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the word “Malaya” at the end of the definition of “qualified person” appearing therein the words “or a person who has passed the final examination for the degree of Bachelor of Laws in the University of Malaya”.
