9. Operations specifications

(1)

An AOC holder must comply with the operations specifications associated with the air operator certificate. (2) The operations specifications, issued by the Authority when the air operator certificate is granted or renewed under regulation 6(1)(b), may be varied by the Authority —

(a)

when the air operator certificate is varied under regulation 31(1) or (4); or

(b)

when the Authority is satisfied that such variation is necessary for the safety of air navigation or public safety, or both.

Subregulation 1

An AOC holder must comply with the operations specifications associated with the air operator certificate.

Subregulation 2

The operations specifications, issued by the Authority when the air operator certificate is granted or renewed under regulation 6(1)(b), may be varied by the Authority —

(a)

when the air operator certificate is varied under regulation 31(1) or (4); or

(b)

when the Authority is satisfied that such variation is necessary for the safety of air navigation or public safety, or both.
