129. Continuing airworthiness information

For every large aeroplane in its fleet, the AOC holder must —

obtain and assess continuing airworthiness information from the organisation responsible for the type design of the aeroplane; (aa)obtain and assess continuing airworthiness information from the individual or organisation responsible for the design of the modification or repair of the aeroplane; and

implement such measures or actions arising from the information as considered necessary.
