33. Operating in icing conditions — flight procedures

(1)

An AOC holder must establish procedures for flight of a relevant aircraft in expected or actual icing conditions.

(2)

An AOC holder must ensure that no flight of a relevant aircraft is made in expected or actual icing conditions unless the aircraft to be used for such a flight is certificated and equipped to cope with such conditions.

Subregulation 1
