These Regulations are the Air Navigation (137 — Aerial Work) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 16 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 11

In the Air Navigation (137 — Aerial Work) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 502/2018), in regulation 11, replace paragraph (2) with —“(2) An AWC holder that ceases its aerial work operations must return its aerial work certificate to the Authority as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 90 days, after the cessation of its aerial work operations.”.
