Regulation 3

These Regulations apply to every flight of a person, whose principal place of business is in Singapore, that is engaged in, or is intending to engage in, aerial work operations.

To avoid doubt, these Regulations apply in addition to the provisions of the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 unless expressly stated otherwise.
