Air Navigation (Amendment No. 4) Order 2026

This Order is the Air Navigation (Amendment No. 4) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 16 September 2026.

In the Air Navigation Order (O 2), in the Twelfth Schedule —

in paragraph 6A, replace “an applicant” with “a successful applicant”;

replace paragraph 6AA with —“Inspection, testing or evaluation (Paragraph 8(4)).6AA.—

If any inspection, testing or evaluation is carried out under paragraph 8(4) of the Order in respect of a certificate or other form of written approval issued under paragraph 8(1) of the Order, the fee for the inspection, testing or evaluation is $170 per man‑hour or part of a man‑hour of inspection, testing or evaluation.

The fee mentioned in sub‑paragraph (1) must be paid by the recipient of the certificate or other form of written approval, upon the issuance of the certificate or other written approval, as the case may be.”;

in paragraph 6B(4), after “by an applicant”, insert “upon an application”;

in paragraph 7(1), replace “by a person” with “by an applicant upon an application”;

in paragraph 7(2), (3) and (4), after “fee to be paid”, insert “upon an application”;

in paragraph 11, renumber the paragraph as sub‑paragraph (1) of that paragraph;

in paragraph 11, after sub-paragraph (1), insert —“(2) The fee for an application in relation to the matters mentioned in sub‑paragraph (1)(b) and (c) must be paid by the applicant upon making the application.”; and

in paragraph 12(2)(c), after “technical examination”, insert “conducted by the Authority”.
