This Order is the Air Navigation (Protected Areas — Military Training-2 Facilities) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 29 April 2024.

reg 2Areas declared as protected areas

Any area described in the Schedule is declared to be a protected area for the purposes of sections 32 and 33 of the Act.
