reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Protected Areas) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 2 June 2015.

reg 2Area declared to be protected area

Any area described in the Schedule is declared to be a protected area for the purposes of sections 32 and 33 of the Act.
