Air Navigation (Wreck and Salvage of Aircraft) Regulations is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation ANA-RG1 1966, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1966.
Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Wreck and Salvage of Aircraft) Regulations.
Application of Part IX of Merchant Shipping Act
The provisions of Part IX of the Merchant Shipping Act (Cap. 179) as from time to time amended, adapted and modified as set out in the Schedule, shall apply in relation to aircraft as those provisions apply to ships.
Jurisdiction of Courts
The Courts having jurisdiction under Part IX of the Merchant Shipping Act shall have their respective jurisdictions over claims under section 11 of the Air Navigation Act, and under these Regulations.
