These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 14 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of First Schedule

In the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013, in the First Schedule —

(a)

in Part 1, in Division 2, relating to the country “Australia”, before item 1, insert — “1A.Adelaide University Bachelor of Occupational Therapy 1B.Adelaide University Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) 1C.Adelaide University Master of Occupational Therapy (Graduate Entry)”;

(b)

in Part 2, in Division 2, relating to the country “Australia”, before item 1, insert — “1A.Adelaide University Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours)”;

(c)

in Part 2, in Division 2, relating to the region “Taiwan”, after item 3, insert — “3A.National Taiwan University Doctor of Physiotherapy”;

(d)

in Part 4, in Division 2, relating to the country “Australia”, before item 1, insert — “1A.Adelaide University Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging) 1B.Adelaide University Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Honours) (Medical Imaging)”;

(e)
