Fees
Subregulation 1
The fees payable to the Commissioner of Civil Defence under Part VI of the Act are specified in the Schedule.
Subregulation 2
Any fee that has been paid to the Commissioner of Civil Defence under the Act or these Regulations shall not be refundable, whether in whole or in part.
