Citation and commencement
These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Prescribed Classes of Animals) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 16 December 2015.

Citation and commencement
These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Prescribed Classes of Animals) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 16 December 2015.
Prescribed classes of animals
For the purposes of the definition of “animal” in section 2(1) of the Act, the classes of animals that are prescribed for the purposes of the Act are reptiles and amphibians.
