Clause 27

A veterinary authority may require the disinfection of the body and clothing of any person who has been in contact with, in charge of or attended upon, any animal or bird infected with or in the opinion of the veterinary authority infected with disease.

Any person failing without lawful excuse to comply with any requirement under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
