Clause 28

A veterinary authority may require the disinfection of any vehicle or conveyance entering or leaving an area declared to be an infected area, under the provisions of section 35 of this Ordinance, or which has been used in the transport of any animal or bird infected with or in the opinion of the veterinary authority infected with disease.

Any person failing without lawful excuse to comply with any requirement under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
