Trade Marks Act(CHAPTER 332, Section 75(4))Application of Section 75 to Foreign StatesN 2REVISED EDITION 1990(25th March 1992)[31st December 1959]The President has declared that section 75 of the Trade Marks Act shall be applicable to the foreign States set out in the Schedule so long as in the case of each State this notification continues in force with respect to that State.
