A sum not exceeding three hundred and seventy-three million two hundred and eight thousand six hundred and thirty dollars shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the Consolidated Fund for the period from the 1st of January to the 31st of December, 1963, and the said sum so charged may be expended as specified in the Schedule to this Ordinance.
